BREAKING BARRIERS THROUGH FOOTBALL

HEYR activates football's power to unite young people and build societal resilience.

We are delighted to launch our new exciting programme, which provides therapy-based support for 16- 24-year-olds, alongside football and wellbeing activities to improve their mental fitness. The initiative is an action and community-led approach. It aims to use the beautiful game to dismantle health inequalities and ensure that every young person has the opportunity to play, learn, and lead.

Central to this initiative is the HEYR app, which provides 24/7 digital health support rooted in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) principles. The app allows participants to address over 30 challenges at their own pace, track their mood, and access engaging video content tailored to support mental wellbeing and personal development.

Skills and Insights

Our 6 and 12-week football mental health programme combines football, behavioural science, and mental wellbeing activities.

You can access an extensive toolkit of mental health resources, and exclusive clinical insights from psychology and sports experts.

This unique combination equips participants with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to navigate life’s challenges and thrive.
